From Your Call to Our Visit

Most calls begin with something small. Maybe it's a brown spot on a ceiling, a few shingles on the lawn after a gusty night, or a roof that's simply getting up in years. Share whatever is on your mind, and we'll ask a couple of questions about your home before choosing a day to come by. You'll know ahead of time what we plan to check and about how long we'll be there.

After the inspection, we go over what we found and sort it into what needs attention now and what can wait. Some fixes are worth doing this season, before freeze and thaw open small gaps wider. Others can go on next year's budget. You get a free estimate by phone, with time to think it over. We're licensed and insured, and our work carries a 10-year labor warranty. A Few Things Worth Jotting Down First

1. The year your roof went on, or the year you moved in if you're not sure.
2. What caught your eye, like drips, lifted shingles, gutters pulling away or tired siding.
3. Any pictures on your phone, so we can look at them together during the visit.
4. Two or three days when someone can be home while we're there.
